Background & Experience
Brian Adkins grew up farming on his family’s generationally-owned cattle and tobacco farm in the rural countryside of middle Tennessee. This upbringing taught him the value of hard work, commitment, and caretaking. These skills grounded Brian throughout his youth, providing a firm foundation for later life and career opportunities. After graduation, Brian served in the United States Navy from 2005-2012, with a focus in Ballistic Missile Defense and the Aegis Weapons System. Brian trained and led multiple work centers and divisions in operations and troubleshooting of technical issues within these systems. Much of Brian’s later service was leading in command-wide oversight of the Maintenance and Material Management and quality programs, yielding multiple awards for excellence and quality achievement.
In 2012, Brian completed his enlistment and was honorably discharged from service, and was recruited to work for Intel Corporation in Phoenix, Arizona. After working in equipment maintenance and operations for two years, Brian was promoted and served on his module’s processing engineering team for the duration of his time at Intel. It was during this time that Brian dedicated numerous hours and nights to resolving quality issues and technical errors, salvaging millions in revenue for his company. It was his diligent attention to detail and commitment to quality execution that led Brian to standing out as an asset to every project and task he was assigned.
In 2017, Brian married his beautiful wife, Lauren, and moved to Cedar Hills, Utah. During this transition, Brian was introduced to the commercial real estate community, and saw an opportunity to bring an engineering approach to commercial acquisition, procurement, development, and representation.
