Brad brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He has specialized in retail tenant representation, commercial development along with investment sales. Since 1997 Brad has had the honor of representing clients such as Family Dollar, AutoZone, O Reilly's Auto Parts, Tractor Supply, 7-11 Southland Corporation, Mountain Land Supply Corporation, Leading Tech Development, LLC , Northpoint Construction & Development, LLC as well as Sonic Drive Inns. Brad has extensive knowledge regarding tenant representation including site selection, entitlements , leasing, sale/leasebacks alongside negotiations regarding contracts/leases with developers.
